At Title App, we’re building for a simple shift: instead of clicking around a complicated website, you tell the system what you want, and it does the busywork. In other words, the UI is the conversation.

For years, software made people learn its rules: where to click, which form to find, which PDF to upload. With AI, the flow reverses. You say, “Check this property address, show me risks, and create a Digital Title Certificate if it looks good,” and the assistant gets to work—pulling data, generating a map, and preparing the record for you to review.

Are GPTs the new apps?

In many cases, yes. Think of a GPT as an on-demand app with a chat front-door. You open the one that matches your job, ask for the outcome you need, and it orchestrates the steps—no training manual required.

That’s why our product strategy looks different. We still care about clean design—but it’s less about a pretty website and more about natural speech leading to real outcomes. When the AI can ask clarifying questions and execute tasks, navigation bars matter less; results matter more.
