The Interface You Talk To
Quick definitions....
-
User Interface (UI): the way you use software—traditionally buttons, forms, and menus.
-
GPT: a smart assistant built on AI that understands plain English (or any language). Each GPT can be specialized to do a specific job.
At Title App, we’re building for a simple shift: instead of clicking around a complicated website, you tell the system what you want, and it does the busywork. In other words, the UI is the conversation.
For years, software made people learn its rules: where to click, which form to find, which PDF to upload. With AI, the flow reverses. You say, “Check this property address, show me risks, and create a Digital Title Certificate if it looks good,” and the assistant gets to work—pulling data, generating a map, and preparing the record for you to review.
Are GPTs the new apps?
In many cases, yes. Think of a GPT as an on-demand app with a chat front-door. You open the one that matches your job, ask for the outcome you need, and it orchestrates the steps—no training manual required.
Unlike traditional apps, a GPT:
-
understands natural speech,
-
remembers context within the conversation,
-
and can generate the proof you need at the end (in our case, verifiable Controllable Digital Records, Digital Title Certificates and any kind of report).
That’s why our product strategy looks different. We still care about clean design—but it’s less about a pretty website and more about natural speech leading to real outcomes. When the AI can ask clarifying questions and execute tasks, navigation bars matter less; results matter more.
How “conversation-first” works at Title App
Open up a GPT and start a conversation. Here's the Title App Concierge, for starters.
Talk, don’t hunt.
Tell the Concierge what you’re trying to do—learn about our system, evaluate a property, modernize a records office—and it takes you there directly.
See what matters.
When you provide an address, we don’t hand you paragraphs; we show a live map with a pin on the subject property, flag nearby risks, and outline boundaries and potential easements. You and the assistant can discuss that shared visual and refine it together.
Get durable proof.
When you’re satisfied, the assistant turns key results into portable, verifiable records—a DTC/CDR you can share, store, or build on later (e.g., create a logbook, transfer ownership, attach receipts).
Enterprise guardrails.
All of this sits on audit trails and roles. A city official, a dealership manager, and a homeowner can use the same language to the same system—each with appropriate permissions.
Why this helps early adopters and enterprises
-
Shorter onboarding. If your team can ask for outcomes in plain language, you spend far less time teaching UI. The dreaded onboarding training you go through when learning a new software system doesn't exit. You just talk and learn as you go.
-
Faster decisions. The conversation carries context; there’s no re-entering the same info across pages.
-
Better artifacts. You don’t just get “answers”—you get records with provenance.
-
Easier expansion. Adding a new check or workflow often means adding vocabulary, not redesigning screens.

What this means for your roadmap
If you’re evaluating Title App as an enterprise partner, expect our public website to be lightweight by design. It’s a launchpad into these task-focused assistants. The value shows up when you ask for something real—“Create a purchase and sale agreement and set up an escrow,” “Help my clerk migrate these deeds,” “Show me risks on this parcel.”
From there, the assistant handles the steps, brings the right visuals into the chat, and gives you proof you can trust. That’s the future we’re building toward: software that feels less like learning a tool and more like assigning a capable teammate.
