How to Access Your Venly & Title App Wallet

 

If you’ve ordered a Digital Title Certificate (DTC) from Title App, congratulations! Along with your order, you’ll receive access to a Venly Wallet. This is where your blockchain property asset report or DTC is stored - forever. Your wallet is unique to you and available via any web browser anywhere. 

Follow the steps below to access your wallet:

Step 1: Look for the Venly / Title App Email

  • When your DTC is created, Venly (not Title App) sends you an email with a link to access your wallet.
  • Important Note: The email often goes to your Spam or Junk Folder, so be sure to check there if you don’t see it in your inbox.
  • The subject line or sender will clearly indicate that the email is from Venly & Title App, not just Title App. We know this process isn’t ideal, and we’re working to streamline it in the future—thanks for your patience!

Step 2: Open Your Wallet

  • Inside the Venly email, click the link provided.
  • This link will open a browser-based wallet page. You’ll be prompted to sign in.

Step 3: Sign in Using Your Email

  • Use the same email address that you provided when placing your order with Title App.
  • If you use a different email address, you won’t be able to access your wallet or your DTC.

Step 4: Enter Your PIN

  • Venly will ask you for a PIN—a 6-digit code that serves as your emergency backup.
  • Don’t lose this PIN! Write it down and store it in a safe place. Without it, you could permanently lose access to your wallet and your DTC.

Step 5: Access Your Wallet

  • Once you’ve signed in and entered your PIN, you’ll see your Venly Wallet dashboard.

Step 6: Locate Your DTC or Asset

Initially, your wallet will display a Polygon icon and asset when you open it up. This is because Title App creates products on the Polygon blockchain. To find your DTC or blockchain property asset:

  1. Click on the Polygon asset icon.
  2. Navigate to the NFT section of your wallet. (DTCs and NFTs are always stored under this menu in Venly.)
  3. Here, you’ll see your Digital Title Certificate (DTC) or blockchain property report.

Step 7: Explore Your Venly Wallet

Beyond holding your DTC or NFT, your Venly Wallet is a fully functional wallet. If allowed by your local jurisdiction, you can also:

  • Buy and sell cryptocurrency.
  • Manage assets across multiple blockchain networks.
  • Venly supports nearly every blockchain chain, but Title App products are exclusively created on Polygon. Make sure to always select Polygon when managing your DTC.

How to Access Your Wallet After Initial Set-up

1. Using the Mobile App

  • Open the Title App.
  • Tap the Wallet icon on the home screen.
  • Select the asset category (e.g., Pet, Jewelry, Art, Real Estate) to view and manage your Logbooks.

2. Using the Website

  • Log into your account on TitleApp.io.
  • Navigate to your Account Dashboard.
  • On the right-hand navigation menu, click on Wallet.

Troubleshooting Tips

Didn’t Get the Email from Venly?

  • Double-check your Spam or Junk Folder for the email from Venly.
  • Still no email? Contact Title App support for assistance.

Can’t Find Your DTC?

  • Make sure you’ve selected Polygon icon when you open the wallet.
  • Navigate to the NFT tab on the menu. Title App DTCs, logbook entires, and property reports are always stored here.
